小弟沒有教練指導
各式動作都是看youtube學的(特愛館長、水肥哥、Alan Thrall)
練到現在深蹲硬舉都做超過一倍體重了,自覺如果有問題再加重下去會危險
希望各位板巨能給點建議,謝謝
以下大概都是80~90%的4RM(不敢測1RM)
硬舉70kg

自己有發現下面幾個問題:
1.前蹲最後上半身會垮掉,上背直不了
2.有時不夠謹慎,重心會跑掉,提醒自己要穩定 會好一點
