最近有參考幾篇局部瘦身的文章
所以近幾次去健身房會做深蹲
深蹲時我有照鏡子確定膝蓋並沒有超過腳尖
但是蹲下去起來的時候 鼠膝部的壓力好大
甚至做完起身走路會有被電到的感覺
請問是我的姿勢哪裡不對 造成這樣
我可以感受到屁股跟腿有負擔 所以應該是我的某個地方沒做好 懇請大大幫忙
