這個體重已經停留3個多月了>"<
去年暑假胖到75公斤,整個人跟豬一樣腫
我開始控制飲食+跑步
一開始因為體重太重,外加平常沒在運動,
跑步傷到腳踝
後來等腳好了不怕死的開始慢慢練
半年瘦了10多公斤,從75降到63...............
我的菜單是這樣的: 週休二日(週末偶爾想吃好料的,跟男友約會>"<)
早餐---水煮蛋、全麥土司(這兩個月新增的,因為怕酮酸中毒= ="")
奇異果*1、柳丁*1(或兩片芭樂)、鮮奶一杯約300~500c.c.
午餐---燙青菜(波菜、小白菜或者其他種類綠色蔬菜)、水煮雞肉或燙豬肉片
水果(四片芭樂+番茄*1+一些些蓮霧或蘋果)
中午有時候會跟同事一起定素食便當或米粉羹,平均一星期一兩次
晚餐---燙青菜、蒸胡蘿蔔、韓式泡菜、水煮肉或燙豬肉片、滷杏鮑菇高麗菜
一星期大概會有兩天晚餐再加全麥土司、一天吃烤鮭魚(加大蒜不加油鹽)
沾醬都是薄鹽醬油(醬油熱量應該不高才是ˊˋ...)
偶爾嘴饞會喝一兩杯含糖飲料,但是很不常= ="" 一星期不會超過2杯...
仗著自己有在運動,假日跟男友約會就比正常再吃好一點>"<
明明熱量應該是不會爆表的阿>"<
減肥初期我每天跑3000公尺(在家附近的國小,200*15圈)
今年因為開始上班賺錢,會改成早起有空就跑
除了生理期之外,一星期平均也跑三天
假日有空就跑5000公尺
但是這個體重從一月,63公斤,就開始沒有變化
現在更是增加到63~65左右徘徊.......Orz
因為要上班的關係,我沒辦法增加運動的時間
場地只有我家附近的國小
(晚間沒有燈,所以我都早上6點多爬起來跑步,再趕去上班)
飲食已經很清淡很清淡了,不知道該怎麼變化
我知道自己還是過胖很多
很想要趕快瘦下來(目標55)
只是真的有點挫敗,不知道該怎麼辦ˊˋ........
