基礎代謝1212
早餐:豆漿+貝果or優酪乳+草莓麵包
午餐:一般便當販吃1/2~1/3 青菜兩份 肉一塊(手掌大小)
晚餐:便當不吃飯 青菜一份 肉一塊(手掌大小)
其他:水果兩份 高鈣低脂保久乳(200c.c.)2瓶 蘇打餅乾2包
有時後會喝茶花綠茶
有在吃b群 乳酸菌 酵素
一個禮拜因為時間關係只能運動兩次(30~40分鐘) 有在做仰臥起坐(想練腹肌)
作息時間早上六點半起床晚上十二點前睡覺
生活型態 一般學生
從三月減到現在體重完全沒變(不知道是家裡體重計壞掉還是...永遠保持53.5)
因為還在發育期所以希望盡量抽高 牛奶有時候一天還會三瓶 (現在連160都不到...)
目前是靠口香糖控制嘴饞(好用)
不知道哪裡還要改進?
