今年國2 男 身高153體重60一直覺的太胖 不知道有沒有減肥方法早餐 奶茶X1 蛋餅X1中餐 吃很少(根本算沒吃)不過會吃一些零食下午肚子餓也會拿些零食吃晚餐 還好不知道有沒有人可以給個減肥建議體育課2節本人喜歡坐著玩電腦也很少運動
