減肥一個半月的心得 - 減肥

這段時間感謝貓大給我的正確重訓知識
以及飲食菜單的改善
我從9/10日開始減肥到現在10/26
體重從88.6kg瘦到82.3kg
體脂肪31%到現在的25%
原本體脂肪重27.466kg (31%)
現在體脂肪重20.575kg (25%)
想分享兩個心得:
先重訓後有氧真的是很棒的方法
我脂肪減掉6.891kg,肌肉反而增加0.591kg
我的運動菜單:
一個禮拜運動七天,每次兩小時
先暖身拉筋划步機15分鐘
然後重量訓練(大肌群每周四天),12-15組,有特別練腿練到力竭
之後划步機阻力9心跳130-160 1小時
如果當天有combat or balance的課
會再重訓結束後上一個小時的有氧
在重訓方面感謝貓大點出之前錯誤的動作
現在都以單關節穩定的做法,把動作做確實並不追求大重量
會感覺到目標肌群腫脹痠痛的感覺,但手腕和腳踝關節沒有太大的負擔
另外飲食改變也是非常重要的
現在改成:
早上吃便當(家裡帶的五穀雜糧飯+青菜+肉)
中午吃個麵(清燉or不油膩為主) ,或者是三顧茅廬
晚上吃三明治
運動前一小時喝60g乳清蛋白
半小時前吃顆500mg的carnitine(我覺得吃這個會讓體力在運動中變好,比較不容易痠痛)
運動結束喝杯溫牛奶
對生活上面的改善:
上班下背不會痠痛了,每天運動肩頸痠痛也緩解,不用花錢去按摩
另外看到之前買的褲子可以一條一條穿回來,這種爽感無法言喻阿!!!!
PS:板上的資訊都是很有用的,只要有毅力把飲食運動當成生活上的習慣
減肥也可以減的很開心~
(現在在上班都會期待下班的運動,覺得運動是件非常開心且舒壓的事情)
