減肥一個多月的高體脂人...囧 - 減肥

三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:1)巧克力厚片
2)火腿蛋吐司(不加任何醬)
3)7-11黑糖饅頭
基本上就是早餐店及便利商店可以買到的東西
午餐:1)7-11御飯糰x2
2)麵店賣的燙青菜x2(不加肉燥只加醬油) + 白飯半碗
辦公室附近選擇很少,不然我也想吃自助餐啊QAQ
晚餐:在家吃媽媽煮的,或看媽媽買啥就吃啥(如果是便當就吃一半)
其他:平日基本上不喝飲料,水大概每天有喝1500cc就了不起了。
因為我原本是一天至少兩杯八分糖手搖奶茶的人,白開水則是滴水不沾= =
減肥後才開始強迫自己喝水。
現在除非是週末出門或跟朋友聚餐才會喝飲料。
不過我幾乎每週都有聚餐,聚餐就不太會控制食量,吃任何自己想吃的。
日常作息時間:23:30睡,07:00起床。假日會睡晚一點
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:每天騎x-bike至少60分鐘
(阻力3,速度30以上,歡樂錶上心跳120左右,偶爾才會破130)
有時比較晚回家或太累偷懶就會只騎30分鐘>"<
假日如果整天在家就會下午晚上都各騎60分鐘
我的問題:記得我的體脂肪在一年前約是32左右,明明已經破表,但我還毫無自覺。
減肥也都只靠節食,導致體重下降但體脂肪完全不動。
後來搬回家住更是肆無忌憚的吃油炸食品(我最愛麥當勞跟鹹酥雞)
直到上個月去看皮膚科被醫生要求量體重,我才驚覺自己已經突破70大關!
(因為家裡體重計壞了很久,自我感覺良好的以為變胖也了不起60幾公斤)
所以當我聽到護士小姐宣告我71公斤時真是有五雷轟頂的感覺=口=
(而且醫生還偷笑超機車的)
我個人最大的問題是,飲食習慣相當不好。
極度挑食,不喜歡吃蔬菜(包括菇類或瓜類)
所以即使現在減肥也常常不知道該吃什麼好.....
從3/19開始減肥半個月才終於買了體重計,
4/9第一次量的結果是69.4公斤,體脂42.8!!!(我根本是花媽吧)
今天量是69.2公斤,體脂39.8
不知道這樣的速度會不會太慢呢?
雖然體脂有降很開心,但體重幾乎沒什麼變,
我可以樂觀的想成是肌肉增加了嗎?XD
需不需要增加運動強度呢?
因為原本運動量是零,現在每天騎x-bike我已經自以為我有進步了。
慢跑我跑沒100公尺就會喘到不行,速度又慢,所以不考慮。
有考慮等體力好一點就要跳鄭多燕。
