關於游泳的游游停停 - 健身

之前為了減肥有慢跑的習慣,強度大概是4000m/22min左右 且強度持續增加中
但由於腳常常受傷加上住在淡水常常下雨不能在外面跑步
(學校健身房跑步機腳踏車搶好兇 囧)
所以最近投入了游泳的懷抱,想藉由游泳來減肥
之前很正式的游泳已經算是在國中的時候了吧
特地還花了點時間找回游泳的感覺
一開始一兩天實在很弱(因為換氣動作不熟練)常常游個五十公尺就氣喘如牛
一趟半個小時也不過才游個500就累了
但花了大約兩個禮拜已經慢慢找到感覺
目前的時間大概可以游1500m/hr↑↓我知道離板上一堆神人都3000m/hr上下的身手還差遠
但我想我會努力的!
但有個小問題想請教大家
有氧運動重要的是幾乎要持續的運動30min以上 且心跳要達到一定的量
想說如果在游泳途中短暫停留10~20秒(像有時候泳鏡進水、嗆到游的太累短暫喘息一下)
這樣會對減脂的效果大打折扣嗎?
(目前如果不踩地板大概只能一次游7、800m左右)
