減肥中.一天跳繩300下會太少嗎因為我比較重.跳太多下腳有點會痠痛我一天運動跳繩300下(約15分鐘)然後快走(健走)半個小時我這樣運動OK吧?還是300下太少了??快走時間太少了??(我快走比一般正常走路速度還快)我每天都有運動你們覺得減肥得人我這樣運動算OK的嗎??我不喜歡慢跑我體力很不好...Showmore
