我早上吃全麥三明治中午只吃菜+一些蛋晚餐吃雞排+無糖綠茶一個禮拜運動約三次40分鐘藉由這減肥法半年已經瘦了10公斤,BMI下降至26(我現在是20歲青年男)Q1.以前我也這樣瘦下來,但副胖率高,該如何調理?Q2.這樣對身體影響為何,會減壽嗎?Q3.一天吃兩顆蛋,大家為啥都說不好?(希望能詳細針對點:D)
