減肥兩週體重只少0.1 體脂降0.4 - 美體

距離我10月份康事美測量的數據來看
10/6 體重73.4 體脂32.8
10/16 體重72.9 體脂32.4
10/28 體重72.8 體脂32
這個月下來
其實有一點小灰心說
因為我運動量跟過往相比變很大
喝水量也變很多
這段期間 運動量甚至比前半個月還大
每天都是濕著衣服回來
洗澡前 我還會固定每天踩25分鐘的空中腳踏車
食量也固定吃到基代左右
(偏少一點 但都盡量均衡攝取 至少都吃到飽足感)
唯一不同的是
我運動前並不會吃東西 因為會胃痛
練舞完 都11點多了 回家我還要唸書
怕沒體力
我會吃點魯味(頂多3樣東西 醬只有一點點)
但我有算過 這些都算在我的基代裡
爬文跟版友建議是 這樣是沒關係的
雖然體脂是降了啦(一個月0.8算大幅度嗎?)
體重卻只有減了0.6KG = =...
這樣算OK嗎?
其實遇到我的人都說我看起來瘦了很多
我其實也不求快 當初設定目標是一個月我要瘦2KG
但照這樣的模式 我很怕說
難道我是遇到停懈期了嗎~~~OH~NO~~
