大家好
常常逛版
以減肥為原則,看到的資訊都是在睡前6小時不要進食
如果12點睡 盡量在6點前吃完晚餐且之後不要再吃東西
且晚餐最好是熱量最低的一餐,澱粉類一些些就好
但以增肌飲食來說,不要超過三個小時沒進食
餐與餐中間可以補充一些蛋白質跟碳水化合物
且晚餐的澱粉類不能太少
我以前是晚餐後,過三個小時會喝一小杯(大概1/3匙)的乳清,配上一小杯的玉米片
現在體脂差不多18%
想要減脂,同時想增肌
這樣的話
1.在晚餐後應該是不要再吃東西(減脂,但怕也會減到辛苦累積的肌肉,或一直不進步)
還是
2.應該繼續以前的吃法(但怕減肥非常困難)
請問版上的大家都是怎麼增肌減脂的吃法呢?
