減肥時期體脂肪掉下來的速率? - 美體

我從小就是個胖子(現在160/78,我是女生)
但是一直都有運動的習慣(每週三次超過30分鐘),敗在太愛吃囧
雖然沒有想過要變瘦子,但是我希望我的BMI值能在正常值內
在這邊潛水一段時間,最近一個月開始做重訓
體重沒變,結果意外的大家都說我有變瘦
前幾天量體脂肪居然高達42 T︿T
我大概知道如果減重時期,一個禮拜體重不要超過一公斤為正常
那請問體脂肪呢? 怎樣減脂的速度是正常的?
一個禮拜或是一個月應該往下降多少?
