我15849公斤以前75公斤我努力了好久用不健康的方式兩個月瘦了20公斤,不吃狂運動身體整個壞掉,但卻瘦到55公斤,後來我用健康的減肥方式,多運動三餐都有吃早餐吃的正常中餐沒再吃有吃水果晚餐也是水果早上六點就晨跑參加跆拳道社,兩個月後我受到49,我男友對我說:[真的瘦很多可以在瘦,慢慢來不要急你做得到。],後來繼續努力,今天買了從不會穿的高跟鞋短裙小可愛想要跟她出去玩時穿,可是我突然心揪在一起我適合嗎!?他會不會絕得我很作做因為是要跟他朋友出去玩他會喜歡嗎!?而且因為最近自己經濟上比較有問題所以出去玩真的很勉強,但是他邀請我我真的不好意思拒絕,我也不想跟他借錢也不想跟家人或朋友借錢我剛18歲想打工但是課業卻重的要命。我該怎麼辦!?怎麼樣才可以平復我亂想的情緒?我該如何開口向他說我現在的狀況???減的好痛苦怎麼紓壓??
