減脂減重請益 - 減肥

本來是昨天晚上發的,因為事情太多延遲到今天才發。
將近三週前,在板上發了一篇求助文,
非常感謝提供意見的板友,自己也開始了漫長的減肥路,
當初也去諮詢過營養師,大部分都說讓我動手術,
可是自己沒有動手術的想法,只好作罷,
但是肥依舊要減,只好先從飲食習慣下手,
11月13日早上體重(飯後):233.4公斤
12月01日早上體重(飯後):215.6公斤
這段期間的食譜本來是按照之前推文寫的,
但是因為北方天氣寒冷,加上經常加班熬夜,體力真吃不消,
所以有做修改,目前的飲食如下:
(從13號到今天中午為止,每餐均按照此食譜進食,
食物重量只會少不會多,所以一定不會超過食譜的量)
早餐:蒸熟南瓜(含皮)或地瓜400克,去皮後打成泥加水做成南瓜(地瓜)粥
午餐:雞蛋2個,馬鈴薯300克,胡蘿蔔50克,黃瓜50克,生菜500克,
雞胸肉200克,做成生菜沙拉(不加調味料)
晚餐:任意綠色蔬菜500克外加雞蛋一個(一般都是煮成湯)
如果晚上加班太晚(晚上8點為界)會忽略掉晚餐,這段時間只吃過3次
目前最大的問題是在油脂的攝入,當初有板友推文建議我吃堅果類食物,
說實在,我根本吃不下去,老是卡在喉嚨不舒服...所以就放棄吃了。
再次發文只是想請再幫忙,看看有沒有可以改進的地方,
想再更加努力讓自己可以吃得更健康。
後記:
目前的食譜感覺上好像是降低體重了,但是除了只能看到
磅秤色數字降低,不知道是不是真的和置底文說的一樣,真正減到脂肪...
請問有沒有什麼方式可以知道是否有成功減脂
(因為體重太重,體脂計暫時不列入考慮)
