大家好目前認真從上禮拜五認真執行控制熱量的飲食到現在,也總算有看到一點效果
這是上禮拜六和今天的數據
體重:86.4-85.3
體脂:30.8-30
內臟脂肪:16.5-16
基礎代謝:1820-1807
每天的飲食:只要早上沒出去騎車就是168,早上如果有騎車的話就是會吃一個全家的紐奧良的烤雞三明治,然後當天水煮蛋的攝取就會稍微減少控制一下熱量,而其他兩餐大概大概就都是差不多每天都一樣
午餐就是去自助餐夾滷雞腿有去掉前面的頭的部分,然後去皮加上夾兩份拳頭大小的菜,一顆自己蒸的水煮蛋,一杯光泉的無糖燕麥豆漿,和一份水果(橘子、蘋果、香蕉輪流替換)

參與餐之間會再補兩顆水煮蛋和一杯無糖燕麥豆漿
晚餐則是全家健身雞肉餐盒然後一份自助餐的青菜一杯無糖燕麥豆漿和一份水果

整天的營養成分

每天水都會固定喝3000cc以上,有外出騎車就會到4000cc
運動:目前除了比較規律的每天做之前提到的核心運動藉此提升騎車表現外就是保持一個禮拜會出去騎三次車,不過現在東北部的雨季好像快到了,所以會考慮在家做點有氧。
體態差異:正面好像還看不出太太的差異,側面好像比較明顯一點

想請問各位大大目前是因為可能剛開始飲食調整,所以可能有造成脫水的現象,才會導致體重掉比較多嗎?之後可能就會減緩了?另外想問怎麼藉由自己這一周的飲食去回推自己的TDEE呢?
請大大如果覺得飲食還有哪裡需要改進的,最愛告訴我下感謝各位大大了
