減重問題...慢走要多久 - 美容

我身高163體重48想瘦到45....雖只有3公斤但真ㄉ瘦不下來...以前隨便就能瘦...到ㄌ30之後便ㄉ非常之難如果要瘦..大概每天慢走ㄉ話大概要走多久?ㄐ公里ㄋ現在早餐咖啡包+.37.g無糖燕麥片...中餐稀飯約1碗半+<肉鬆+豆棗各20g>晚餐有時半碗飯有時沒吃+菜和肉<看當天媽媽煮甚麼決定>+一顆或半顆芭樂這樣能瘦ㄇ...到底每天要運動慢走多久才能瘦才有效果ㄋ
