減重成功的最重要因素 - 美體

想請問版上努力追求健康體態的大家
對你們而言減重(或增重)成功最重要的因素是哪個呢?
以我自己來說
舉凡是少吃多運動(對我來說一天要跑6公里以上才算有運動到 我是女生XD)
多喝水
作息正常等等都是很需要注意的
但對我而言最重要的一點是
定食定量
這個對我來說真的超重要的
雖然我覺得我運動量還蠻大 但一直沒有辦法有效減重
就是因為餐和餐之間都會忍不住亂吃零食
到了正餐就會想反正都吃了零食就不要節制了XD 明天再努力減重
可是如果有按照正常時間正常飲食我發現自己往往能更有效控制食慾
而不會有那種壓倒駱駝的最後一根稻草的那種心情XD
所以就請大家分享一下自己在減重過程中最注重的地方吧:)
