(ex.蕎麥麵+雞胸肉/ 雞肉飯糰+鹽水雞+茶碗蒸)
晚餐:
平日至超商挑
假日隨意吃
其他:
在同事建議下 運動日會喝一杯高蛋白
日常作息時間: 1點睡7點起
健康狀況:皆無
運動習慣:
目前是周2 周3 參加舞蹈課程1hr
周5 周日會在家中簡單運動
伏地挺身15下 x3組
深蹲20下+撐20秒 x3組
棒式1分鐘 x3組
之前有在板上發文請益過各位大大 非常感謝大家不吝分享經驗
現在的目標為 將體重降至65 且降低體脂
第一個月還算順利降了三公斤
但第二個月 體重只降了一公斤
於是想要調整飲食及運動頻率
若以減重減脂為目標 是否需要調整運動的方式及頻率?
爬文 是否需要穿插有氧慢跑?
飲食是否還有哪裡需要調整?
