需減至BMI<18.5者請至Fitness板、MuscleBeach板發文
體脂率:13%(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量)

三餐內容
早餐:蘋果or全麥吐司兩片+無糖豆漿
午餐:糖醋排骨便當一份+300cc紅茶
晚餐:蘋果+陽春麵
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
生活型態:學生班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
減肥方式:慢跑3km或游泳1km(每日)
問題陳述:因為兵役問題 想減重到bmi值過低 預計還有半年的時間 請問我這樣的菜單
適當嗎 目前實施約五日 成效不佳 想請問我這樣有甚麼可以改進的地方? 預計先到48kg
等畢業後再瘦到適當的程度 感謝各位
