人"桐山秀樹",大力推廣"限醣飲食減肥法",他曾經不吃澱粉三個星期內減重20公斤,因
此聲名大噪,還出了多本暢銷書,不過他2月6號卻猝死,雖然家屬強調是心肌梗塞,和減
肥無關,但營養師提醒,如果減肥不吃澱粉,改吃大量肉類,確實容易造成心血管疾病。
想和MODEL一樣瘦,很多人減肥靠這一招,飯就是不碰,崇尚"不吃澱粉",的還有這位
日本減肥達人,"桐山秀樹",記者出身,2010年因為糖尿病想減重,採用江部康二醫師,
"限醣減肥法",三餐不吃米飯、麵包等甜食,結果體重在3週內從87公斤掉到67公斤,狂
瘦20公斤,開始大力推廣,還出書教你一週瘦六公斤。
但2月6號卻被發生,猝死在飯店裡,雖然家屬強調,是心肌梗塞,並非減肥造成,但仍
舊引起譁然,但營養師提醒,不吃澱粉,卻改吃大量肉類減肥,心血管肯定受不了,桐山
秀樹減肥前本來就有糖尿病和高血壓,是否因為限醣減肥法,加重心血管負擔,現在不能
確定,但肯定的是,減肥不能不吃澱粉,還是要均衡飲食搭配運動,才不會瘦出病。
