減體脂肪!!戰鬥!! 幫忙看一下計畫 - 健身

基礎代謝率:1640
現在是個上班族(RD) 每天午餐晚餐吃便當
然後整天坐著 晚上通常要加班到8點多
早餐:植物的優x1 熱量約190
or
土司夾蛋只加胡椒粉 熱量約200
中餐:午餐便當不一定 盡量少吃油脂類&去皮 ex.雞排飯 雞腿飯
晚餐:同午餐...
下班回家約9點: 芭樂x1 or 其他水果適量
運動方面只有一周約兩次稍微早一點下班可以去健身房跑跑步機或是游泳
每天晚上做點伏地挺身
因為每天從早做到晚的工作因素只能著重在飲食方面
請各位版友給點建議吧!
