游泳真的會瘦 \^O^/ - 美體

從5月開了LINE運動塑身團到現在,
之中嘗試過鄭多燕、跑步、跳繩等等運動,
最後投向游泳的懷抱。
跳鄭多燕可能是我自己姿勢不良所以膝蓋很不舒服,
不然每天跳個半小時很明顯手臂、腰部瘦很多。
跑步和跳繩對我來說很痛苦,
是不喜歡的運動所以無法持久。
游泳來說,其實我泳技不好,
只會仰式和偶爾換氣失敗的自由式,
但在25公尺水道慢慢游,其實可以游到大約20趟左右。
一星期去三~四趟,
一個月下來除了手臂沒什麼變化,
本身易胖易水腫的小腿比較細了,線條也變漂亮了,
雖然體重沒什麼變化 (162/47)
(抱歉我骨架小所以肉多,是以塑型、去贅肉為主,
這樣的體重也許會被噓但我希望自己可以瘦到45、46)
但大家都說體態明顯瘦了一圈。
游泳的好處是除了心跳有達到有氧程度,
周圍附設的拉筋區、烤箱、鹽巴排毒蒸氣室等等也可以利用,
游完也可以在那洗澡整理好自己,
對我來說是個可以長久維持的好運動。
不會游泳的人其實也可以去嘗試看看,
即使只是拿著浮板打水、或在水裡來回走路,
也有塑身效果,
泳池常可見有些人進行這些動作 :-)
以上跟大家分享游泳一個月的心得 ~
整理一下我個人的成效:
小腹不見了,腰變細、腿變細(但只要超過三天沒游小腿又胖回來)、精神變好。
重點是游完都晚上9點後了,
我都固定會吃 香蕉、或一點點小東西再睡覺,也沒小腹跑出來。
(平時也沒什麼控制飲食,每天必吃飯~我很愛米飯!!)
