請問各位烘焙高手:我連續三天做了火腿起士土司,但都不成功.土司在最後發酵階段,都只能發到12兩土司模五六分滿的程度.烤好之後一樣只有土司模的五六分滿.我是完全跟著書上的材料比例去做,並沒有擅自更改.最後烘焙溫度也照書上的指示.(我家烤箱溫度挺標準的)麵團打好後約396g.完成第一次發酵,手指
