三餐內容
早餐:泡純燕麥片來吃,早午餐中間開始餓的話就吃蒟蒻果凍條。
午餐:公司午餐,一大葷一小葷兩素菜,有湯有水果,
吃飯前會先喝一碗湯增加飽足感,泡純燕麥片代替米飯。
晚餐:泡純燕麥片,加些豬絞肉跟蔬菜一起煮,有點像鹹粥感覺。
日常作息時間:
工作:08:30~18:00
睡覺:12:30~13:00,23:30~07:30
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:
1.家裡有跑步機,預定現在開始每天跑1hr/4km,之後視情況加長距離。
2.仰臥起坐輔助機,之前會一次做100下,但爬文說做仰臥起坐會讓肚子不好消。
3.腳踏車,之前都騎腳踏車上下班,家裡跟公司距離約3km,去是下坡路程,
回來是爬坡路程,因為我在大陸上班,現在冬天冷會下雪就暫停騎車。
4.啞鈴,有兩個各kg,每天一次做上下100次,左右擴張100次。
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
1.請問要如何能夠讓小腹教快瘦下去??因為肚子真的太大了,都看不到
自己的小爾金,老婆要抱我時,雙手都扣不起來。
2.早上運動跟晚上運動有差別嗎?之前看瘦身書說早上運動會比晚上運動好。
3.運動內容是否有需要修改增減呢??
4.每日飲食這樣會不會太過於嚴苛??
