原PO170公分 63公斤
一個月前是65公斤
這個月有認真控制飲食
早餐可能就喝杯牛奶再吃個小東西(2.3片蘇打餅之類的)
午餐有時吃有時沒吃
有吃的話就是吃個麵,或是吃滷味
晚上通常都是吃麵線...或是水餃之類的
沒吃宵夜,偶爾會在11點左右吃個水果,約一顆芭樂的分量
運動量我想是夠的
每天至少走路+跑步有1小時左右(加一加應該有1公里)
不過沒測心跳啦!
每天上下樓梯應該各有10層樓的高度~
睡眠充足,但總是覺得很累...
前2個禮拜很快的瘦了1.5公斤
再來就很緩慢的沒有變動
到今天又降到63.2
我是吃太多了嗎??
可是這已經是我縮減食量後的份量了?
還是說板上的前輩有更好的建議?
ps.我是外食族,如果要我自己開伙可能會把我家大樓燒了
