從開始健身到現在一年多了
最近突然發現深蹲90公斤蹲五下後
就沒辦法了
只能改作80公斤/五組五下
隔天起來大腿酸痛到走路不穩
臥推也是
平常可以推到的重量
今天起來又開始痠痛
請問有什麼辦法可以改善?
