無熱量斷食的膳食纖維熱量 - 健身

最近計劃為期100小時的無熱量斷食(以前是168)
但這次希望加入“排毒”的效果,多大便讓廢物毒素進一步排除
但對於膳食纖維的選取有些疑慮
以前有固定泡一碗洋車前子膠吃(約2湯匙的粉),但耳聞FDA把膳食纖維定為2大卡而不
是以前認知到0熱量,理由是腸道菌會把他們轉化為脂肪酸讓人體吸收
問題如下
1、對於0熱量斷食來說,這些熱量會對斷食效果有影響嗎?
2、若有,是否有其他能確保0熱量的但又能兼顧排便的纖維呢?
