如題
原po本來就是個遺傳下半身肥胖的人 遺傳到媽媽上下半身不成比例
屁股大腿肥的很恐怖
之前有嚐試少吃+運動減肥 上健身房
瘦是瘦了但瘦的地方全都是上半身 臉瘦到像骷髏 胸部剩A
大腿才變細 屁股還是比正常人大
嚇的我不敢減肥了 寧可腿粗也不想骷髏臉A罩杯阿!!!!!
所以我只好再吃回來 但上半身還是異常的比下半身瘦
目前大腿圍20 臀圍37
像我這種只要減肥 無論運動還是少吃都一定是臉跟胸部先毀掉的人
是不是只有抽脂一途可以選了......?
