我飲食控制加上運動已經兩個月了
每週運動3-4次 一次一小時以上
有氧偏多或是強力瑜珈
有熱量控制大約在1000-1400
可是兩個月下來我從47.9攀升到50(身高158)
我覺得很煩也不知道為什麼會這樣
我好難過 辦公室都是瘦子
我原先覺得自己還好但是辦公室其他人真的太瘦了
才逼的我想減肥 卻變成越來越肥
