目前查到自己的TDEE是2101
所以 如果少15%熱量來吃 大概是1786
那麼 我只要每天吃1800
照理說7700/300 大概一個月會瘦一公斤吧~
那如果 一整年的熱量都維持在差不多1800 是不是大概就能減12kg
因為TDEE都差不多
這樣的算法
年齡 體重不同 TDEE 在短期內差不多 所以當作一樣
有什麼沒考慮到的嗎?
另外想問
水能有效提升基礎代謝率嗎?
還是其實差幾百ml也還好
有嘗試過一個禮拜
水喝少500C.C
沒有很明顯地感覺
