小紅來的期間
進行瑜珈這項運動
是可以的嗎?
會反而對身體健康造成不好的影響嗎??
因為不能去游泳 想要繼續瑜珈的課程學習
話說 做完瑜珈或是提拉彼斯以後
隔天全身酸痛
比跳有氧還要累
瑜珈真的好難唷 Orz.....
怎麼有種 運動以後 自己更胖了
