從產後到現在三個月了…
已正式減重第7天
因為哺乳…重視營養但不吃多
早餐大約是喝羊奶、穀片+三明治
中午一定吃飯菜、雞肉吃飽飽
晚餐幾乎就沒什麼吃…頂多喝碗湯、或者生菜沙拉
因為實在太胖了102kg= =,產前最胖110kg,晚餐就不敢吃了
餓了5天的晚餐
昨天把X-bike拿出…騎了30分鍾後
在冷氣房下騎還是一直流汗
騎完後反而不餓了,而且到早上都沒有很飢餓
so就要繼續騎下去囉!希望我能努力瘦下來拍美麗的婚紗
