請問做月子成功的程度是怎麼判別?因為有時候要照顧寶寶真的沒辦法只是躺著休息而已,尤其是晚上還要跑上跑下!!是依照母奶量來判斷嗎?還有甚麼時候可以真正的做運動才不會傷及受傷的身體?!
