我覺得以你的骨架,不適合太細的身形
你肩膀很寬,但160公分應該當不了model
所以這麼瘦說真的很不適合你
我住在一個藝人徐可家旁邊,常常看到他
他應該跟你差不多高(目測沒官方說法的164公分),體重跟你差不多
但老實說,你在電視上看到他可能覺得身材不錯
但我在電視外面看到他,我會覺得他太病態了,瘦到只有骨頭一樣
我是男生,絕對不會想抱她碰她,我想大部分男生不會喜歡抱著一付骨頭標本的
你4月的時候160公分/47公斤/體脂22.5,那時候你說你去減肥門診醫師已經說了幫不到你
現在你160公分/42公斤/體脂12,我覺得你該去精神科診所,你有一點強迫症的問題
你身邊的男生說的是對的,你這樣不好看
要嘛你增加肌肉量,不過這應該比較難
要嘛你增加脂肪量,這個很容易而且也比較安全健康
你現在的身體,萬一有個小碰撞什麼的都會蠻嚴重的,多些肌肉脂肪對你比較好
如果你是電視明星,那就請忽略我講的東西
如果你不是電視明星,那就是你電視看太多了
