這些組合 熱量都滿低的,當點心也還ok不會熱量太高
1.康寶獨享杯+二顆茶葉蛋+關東煮菜頭+竹輪=約等於250卡
拿關東煮的碗
裝茶葉蛋和關東煮的東西,勿裝高湯,
拿獨享杯中的奶油磨菇(50卡)加入沖泡
到二分之一滿
蛋先剝好放入
2.7-11 好勁道高麗泡菜 (非油炸麵) =約等於300卡
3.統一肉燥米粉+蛋(請用煮的風味最佳) =約等於320卡
4.培果 =依口味265~3xx卡
5.泡飯=御飯團+泡的紫菜湯+營養肉鬆 =約300卡
以上再加上一份燙青菜+少許醬油
