最近減肥 一直感到身體很委靡
自覺吃的還算健康 運動也有作到 減肥也很順利每個月可以減3-4kg
可是就是感覺身體蠻虛弱的 像現在就非常想睡 =_=
我早餐 兩個全麥蔬菜起士三明治+無糖豆漿+蘋果or橘子
午餐 半碗飯+各種顏色的青菜4道+一點魚肉+蘋果or橘子(可以吃飽)
晚餐 同午餐(一樣是吃飽) 有時候會改吃subway的某種堡不加沙拉醬
然後每天會抓一把綠藻當營養食品吃
然後每天游一小時的泳 25m捷25m蛙25捷一直循環連續游一小時這樣
現在很順利的每個月可以看到體重減少3-4kg
一開始還好 不知道為什麼實行了幾個月減了15kg以後
最近身體開始很虛 上禮拜還莫名奇妙感冒
然後身體一直有點軟軟的感覺 而且常常會感覺很想睡
我睡眠勉強還算正常且充足(12點入睡 7-8hr)
不知道是哪邊出了問題 還是僅僅是因為冬天到了? = =
