不知為什麼之前紀錄飲食+每周運動三次以上一段時間 體重都沒變 連身材也都沒變
水喝的量也夠
小腹也一直消不下去(我已經有好幾年沒吃冰了)
看著別人吃真的好羨慕
此外自己也覺得很容易累,上課常睡著 每次假日都呈現昏睡狀態
真的不知道該怎麼做才能瘦下來又使體力變好
(隻錢去看中醫調體質也沒什麼起色)
