瘦了3公斤但手臂還是很壯 - 美體

我是個屬於手臂很粗勇的女孩兒= ="
開始減肥以後 星期一到五沒事的話都會去游泳
每次游1000M 約耗時40~50分鐘
飲食正常
除了早餐以外 其他兩餐吃飽飯都會做瘦手臂的運動
(拿寶特瓶裝滿水手貼耳朵上下舉)
一次40~50下
比起一開始的確有瘦 大約從12→10.5
可是還是很肉
目前10.5已經維持將近一個月了
想問一下還有什麼更好的方法可以瘦手臂的嗎?
