發現右肩痠痛可以左手舉重來減緩... - 健身

因為習慣用右手
所以長期下來導致整個右半邊容易酸緊
而左半邊就比較鬆弛
結果我就舉舉啞鈴
只用左手
透過左手的鍛鍊
右邊的痠痛似乎有些減緩
這是甚麼道理?
是我個人的錯覺嗎?
還是有科學的根據?
