2019年有上過12堂教練課,除了一週一堂課以外的時間都沒在運動(有時候還請假),當時
進步的很緩慢,會做的動作很有限,唯一比較熟的大概就是高腳杯深蹲...我真的是繳錢
當盤子...
今年3月底開始認真自己爬文、看影片學,(對,沒錢再上課了),開始越練越有成就感也
總算養成固定運動的習慣了,灑花!
附上4月的運動紀錄
對無運動習慣懶人來說真的不容易QQ

最主要的心得大概是:自己練不花錢找教練不影響訓練,但前提是要花更多時間做功課,
我因為沒有健友又沒教練只能自己錄影檢查動作,也很感謝版上和健身房的各位巨巨們都
不吝幫忙或分享,大家真的不用害羞,不會的問就對了!
