本身是長期有運動習慣的人,但主要是無氧運動為主
最近開始需要提升有氧能力
希望能夠把三千公尺的跑速壓在1400以內
不過每次都只能跑1500左右
問題大部分都是出在2K-3K之間 開始有很強的疲憊感
每次都在那區間撞牆 最後我都會停下來走路走個1到2百公尺後,再衝刺追時間
朋友都說我衝刺還這麼有力,一定是我之前跑步太慢的緣故
但也有人說是我跑步腳步太大,這讓我很困擾
不知道到底怎麼訓練跑步能力才好
雖然不知道我未來能跑到甚麼程度,
但希望最終目標是希望能夠達到
3公里12分內
或是
40分鐘內跑完8公里
但對於有氧訓練完全沒有概念,不知道有沒有訓練的方向可以分享QQ
