前幾天我弟剛好用外婆家買的體脂+體重計量體脂
他現在16歲(9月滿17) 身高177 體重67.5 但是體脂肪卻高達29%
他是這兩年突然才開始抽高 原本才160 體重一樣 所以長高之後看起來就瘦了
但是不知道為什麼體脂肪非常的高 請問這樣正常嗎?
他的生活型態就是普通的高中生 早餐午餐都在學校吃 晚餐通常吃便當或是家裡煮的
一個星期大約會跟同學去打籃球2.3天 每次1-2個小時
或是騎腳踏車到隔壁鎮逛夜市(來回要1hr) 因為學校在山上所以上學是我媽送去
放學搭校車回來 再自己走回家
長輩說發育期的小孩不用太在意體重是真的嗎 我總覺得他體脂太高
但是也不知道問題出在哪裡....
之前國中時候很愛吃雞排 現在有嚴格限制他 縮減為大約2個星期才吃一次
含糖飲料也大約一星期一次左右
