早餐:麥芽吐司(85Kcal)*2+起司一片(110Kcal)+無油煎蛋(80Kcal)+火腿一片(30Kcal)
福樂優格(79Kcal) 約469Kcal
午餐:白斬雞便當雞肉去皮,不加醬飯不加滷汁
(含三樣配菜大概都是青花菜,花椰菜,高麗菜,波菜,空心菜).
晚餐:白斬雞便當雞肉去皮,不加醬飯不加滷汁
(晚餐吃的跟中餐一樣,但是飯只有中午的一半+4樣配菜)

日常作息時間:0845起床準備早餐,1200吃中餐 1600去運動 1800吃晚餐
2300~0000是準備睡覺時間
生活型態:學生
健康狀況:否
運動習慣:快走40分鐘5公里 心跳約90 已持續約1個月
我的問題:預計想要在1年的時間內把體重降到74公斤,但目前不確定
自己吃的量是不是太多? 不曉得是否需要再減少 以及運動的強度還需要再增加嗎?
