相隔二個月後重新開練,大家退步多少呢? - 健身

大叔之前去健身房是真的很有紀律的,去年七月開始到疫情爆發前
始終有保持每週5練。
健身房關了二個月,本大叔也休息了近二個月,只有在家做做伏地挺身
以及徒手深蹲,但其實也只有前2周比較勤快,後面就....
昨天健身房開放以後,我當然立馬開練啦!
這二天分別練了胸和背,原本就有力量會掉的心理準備,所以沒有把
自己逼到很緊。之前訓練時有排6~8下力竭的重量,這二天就先靠猜的
把強度降到約12~15下力竭的重量。
我自己評估的話,整體而言力量大約掉了30%。
不同部位和不同動作,退步幅度也不盡相同。
像是胸部的退步就很明顯比背部要來得少。
而啞鈴臥推的退步又比啞鈴上斜臥推來得少。
退步最多的則是引體向上,我覺得退步幅度高達35%~40%.....
好像原本就不擅長的動作,退步的幅度也就越大。
各位巨巨如果這二個月也只有在家徒手練練而已的話,重新開練
大概退步了多少呢?
