我不知道你的看法是看過多少生理方面的書籍而有的心得,
人體天生為了保護每個器官,會有"趨向"
像同樣心跳快和心跳慢,人體就是會趨向於心跳慢,
因為心跳快帶來的影響就是比較靠近死亡,
所以在這種趨向下,人體的副交感就是會比交感重要。
同樣的,為什麼人要維持在36~37.5度C左右?
那是因為在人體內的細胞作用時就是大概這個溫度,
喝冰水,
從食道一路下去就會影響到氣管和支氣管,
會使其收縮,甚至會引起氣喘病,
再者,你喝液體並不是不到一秒就到胃了,而是需要6秒的時間,
6秒的時間讓一個人發作氣喘到死亡綽綽有餘。
6秒的時間影響冰水一路下去的所有器官大於你的想像(可能會引發心絞痛)
也會讓腦血管收縮,輕者造成長期頭痛,重者可能會中風或死亡。
再來,冰水下到胃裡後,像我說的,人體內的細胞進行生化作用需要維持一定的溫度,
冰水一碰到胃,會讓胃收縮,導致胃痙攣,
會讓12指腸潰瘍、胃炎、等症狀更加嚴重,
甚至身體底子冷寒的人會上吐下瀉(這是中醫觀點,請自己翻書研究)
再來,就是更嚴重的事,會不孕
男生的精子和女生的卵巢對"溫度低"這件事很敏感,
長期喝冰水,會讓精子處於低溫下而死亡,卵巢功能也會降低,
以上論點都有根據,各大學者寫的生理原文書或論文都有提到,
當然冰水並不是完全不能喝,只是不要一口氣喝太快、喝太冰,
像這種溫度超過3X度的天氣裡,喝點冰的東西倒是無妨的。
