如果很餓想睡又想吃
吃一顆雞蛋的蛋白 在睡覺 這樣會變胖嗎@@?
或者睡前喝100~200ml的脫脂熱牛奶睡覺 會容易變胖嗎?
還有想到另外一種情況是
中午休息時間 很累又很餓
吃的午餐睡一下午覺(一小時內)
這樣會全部吸收也造成變胖嗎QQ?
