睡眠充足~吃的話太少也會增胖嗎?? - 美體

(我是男生)
先從我每天晚上睡眠開始說好了..大概是從1個禮拜前~
00:00 ~ 1:00 睡著
7:30 ~ 8:30 起床 (假日大概8點30左右 平常有上課就比較早)
早上起床之後 早餐都固定在9點以前吃
1. 蛋土司
2. 肉鬆蛋土司
3. 總匯三明治(蛋.肉片.火腿.吐司)
每天早餐都吃這三樣其中一樣 再加一杯大冰奶
囊後中餐就固定一碗飯再加一些菜和肉
(大概就是自助餐盤子上面的格子的量)
晚餐就只有吃菜跟肉 沒有飯
晚上是 一天有氧(跳繩60下一組) 10組
一天仰臥起坐(60下一組) 2組
伏地挺身(20下一組) 1組
都會做暖身運動..
還有就是..基本上我大部分時間都坐著!
是我生活太過正常嗎?
導致我現在胖了一公斤= ="
