不知道大家在減肥的過程中是比較注重運動還是睡眠呢?
原PO是標準的通勤上班族,6點下班通車通到家,吃完晚餐洗個澡時間就差不多了
固定大概會有30~60分鐘會做做小運動
之前縱使再累,時間再怎麼晚都會硬是擠出時間踩踩踏步機或腳踏車
但是最近感覺睡眠很不夠,身體很累,所以把運動的時間縮短
然後早早的上床睡覺… 但運動的時間縮短又覺得怪怪的
睡覺跟運動真的讓我很難取捨
不知道如果在有限的時間到底要以哪個為重?!
