早餐:
香蕉*1+低脂優格+兩湯匙蜂蜜果昔
水煮雞蛋*2
全麥土司1片
午餐:
萵苣等生菜無限(大概一整盆沙拉)+初榨橄欖油約三湯匙
堅果類50g(夏威夷豆/核桃/葵花子/杏仁)
魚類一份(鮭魚/沙丁魚/鮪魚等)或去皮雞肉
全麥吐司1片
晚餐:
香蕉果昔(同早餐)
生菜無限吃+起司(50g之內)
麥片粥+葡萄乾
其他:
三餐之間嘴饞時我會吃2~3顆椰棗或無花果
我每天都喝很多水(8杯以上)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
8點 起床 吃早餐
9點 讀書 用電腦
10:30 跳鄭多燕一集
12點 午餐
1點 午睡
3點 用電腦
6點 晚餐
7點 用電腦
10點 仰臥起坐50下
12點 睡覺
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
學期已經結束了的研究生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、持續時間長短、及相關運動史)
每天或每兩天會跳鄭多燕
但我的心跳不是很快
大約會到80下/分左右
在五月之前我練習長跑 每天會跑10公里
但練習了兩個月膝蓋軟骨就磨損了
暫時不能再跑 也不能做太激烈的運動
在不能跑步之後我胖得更快了......
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我的身材從國中時期就一直是47~49公斤
但今年3月開始 因為一些生活上的壓力還有人際關係的創傷
我有兩個月都一直大吃大喝......
推算一天攝取的熱量大概在3000~3500大卡
我吃的不是餅乾糖果巧克力或速食
我都吃麵包 飯 肉 照食譜做的料理
每天會吃5餐左右 喝兩杯500CC的果昔
而且都會吃得很飽就直接去睡覺
雖然之前每天慢跑 希望可以消耗掉吸收的熱量
但有點於事無補的感覺
我就這樣在短短的幾個月內胖了13公斤
現在我每天都會盡量控制攝取的卡路里不要超過1500大卡
也會盡量跳鄭多燕或出門走走路(快走散步半小時以上)
但我的肚子屁股跟腿 就是明顯地胖著 也瘦不下來
我想知道是不是短時間內發胖
在減重時也可能不用花太多時間就可以瘦回去?
變胖真的讓我非常沮喪 但我又不想要極端地節食或瘋狂運動
我爸爸是個天生的瘦子(178/63)我媽也不胖(150/55/E)
希望可以有好心人告訴我想減肥要努力的方向
我好希望我可以瘦回原本自己很有自信的身材啊!
